背景：
Spotify 美区账号不能在手机 APP 打开了，需要美区 VPN 才行，我只有香港的
但是桌面版能用，但 MacOS 没有 Lightning 接口，只有 3.5mm 接口，不能使用买 iPhone 送的耳机
买了 Type C 转 Lightning 转接头，但发现只能用来充电手机，不能用做音频输出
AirDrop ？ 好像不行
第三方软件 Airfoil 不够完美
